- The agency's name, physical address (NOT P.O. BOX), phone number, and fax number (if available).
- The model of the vehicle you are requesting a bid on, and the factory installed optional equipment you want included in the vehicle bid.
- A BID OPENING DATE AND TIME. This is very important. The bid opening date needs to be no sooner than ten days after I receive your bid request. This time is needed to verify your GM fleet account information (at least three days). Once verified, I then have to apply for the bid assistance and price protection (another three days). Then allow three to four days for the postal service to deliver the bid back to your location.
- The name of the contact person on this request, and their phone number.
- I need your best estimate of the number of vehicles involved in this bid request.
